The Age of Cybercrime
We developed a comprehensive, data-driven whitepaper for Mastercard that explains the evolving cybercrime landscape and provides actionable frameworks for users, companies, and regulators. The material served as a strategic communication tool and supported Mastercard’s ecosystem-building efforts across CEE.

Nautech Core Cloud Management System
We supported Nautech in developing their vessel management product by combining research, UX, and service design. We designed the full strategic and operational framework of OTP’s Social Lab, including governance, methodology, ecosystem mapping, and the official Playbook—establishing a scalable model for social innovation aligned with the bank’s ESG and Responsible Banking commitments.

Just like everybody else, we do AI. We also use AI. We are totally AI experts (whatever that might mean). All of our colleagues, including our interns fresh out of university, are also AI experts with 10+ years of experience in AI (which they traded in for 10+ years of experience in cypto and NFT in 2022). THE GAME OF INNOVATION IS RIGGED
Traditional business models are built and continuously optimised by the best designers, engineers, business strategists, marketers money can buy, while startups, NGOs, and even in-house innovation ideas have to survive on crumbs. We are committed to supporting these initiatives through our Equal Arms program (everyone working here must spend at least 5% of their working time on pro bono work, and we are recycling at least 15% of our profits into supporting NGOs), supporting social enterprises and NGOs with access to our expertise free or almost free.
